Mouse Glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta ELISA Kit | Gsk3b elisa kit
Mouse Glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta ELISA Kit
Principle of the Assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to GSK-3 beta. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated polyclonal antibody preparation specific forGSK-3 beta and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain GSK-3 beta, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The concentration of GSK-3 beta in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Product Notes
The Mouse Gsk3b gsk3b (Catalog #AAA2887455) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2887455 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse Gsk3b. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
