Preparation and Storage
Store vial at 4 degree C prior to opening. DO NOT FREEZE. Store reagent in the dark. Use subdued lighting during handling and incubation of cells prior to analysis. This product is stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date for properly stored material is six (6) months from date of opening.
Related Product Information for IgG secondary antibody
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption (s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.

Product Notes

The IgG (Catalog #AAA417974) is a Secondary Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Phycoerythrin Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] [Goat] reacts with Rabbit and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IgG [H&L] can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunomicroscopy, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 106 cells in Flow Cytometry is approximately 1.0 ug of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:100 to 1:250 should be suitable for most applications. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IgG [H&L], Secondary Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
