Related Product Information for CXCL9 recombinant protein
Recombinant Bovine CXCL9 is a recombinant protein corresponding to aa 22 - 125 of bovine CXCL9, also known as MIG (monokine induced by Interferon-gamma). CXCL9 is a member of the CXC family of chemokine receptors, secreted by interferongamma stimulated monocytes, macrophages and endothelial cells, which signals through binding to CD183 (CXCR3). CXCL9 acts as a Th1 (type 1 helper T) cell chemoattractant and plays a role in the growth, activation and movement of cells associated with immune and inflammatory responses, and in tumour growth inhibition.

Product Notes

The CXCL9 cxcl9 (Catalog #AAA224985) is a Recombinant Protein and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RECOMBINANT BOVINE CXCL9 reacts with Bovine and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CXCL9 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CXCL9 cxcl9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CXCL9, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
