Rabbit anti-Mouse CD59a Monoclonal Antibody | anti-CD59a antibody
Recombinant Anti-CD59a Antibody (FITC), Rabbit Monoclonal
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse CD59a expression on BABL/c bone marrow erythroid cells. Cells were stained with FITC-conjugated anti-Mouse CD59a. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of erythroid cells.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
Function: Plays a role in B-cell proliferation and differentiation.
Subunit structure: Homodimer; disulfide-linked. Associates with CD5. Interacts (tyrosine phosphorylated) with PTPN6/SHP-1. Ref.4
Subcellular location: Membrane; Single-pass type II membrane protein.
Tissue specificity: Pre-B-cells and B-cells but not terminally differentiated plasma cells.
Post-translational modification: Phosphorylated upon engagement of the B-cell receptor, probably by LYN or SYK. Phosphorylation at Tyr-7 is important for interaction with PTPN6/SHP-1. Ref.4
Sequence similarities: Contains 1 C-type lectin domain.

Product Notes
The CD59a cd72 (Catalog #AAA8111998) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Recombinant Anti-CD59a Antibody (FITC), Rabbit Monoclonal reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD59a can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS/FCM). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD59a cd72 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD59a, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
