Uniprot Description

CECR1: Adenosine deaminase that may contribute to the degradation of extracellular adenosine, a signaling molecule that controls a variety of cellular responses. Requires elevated adenosine levels for optimal enzyme activity. Binds to cell surfaces via proteoglycans and may play a role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation, independently of its enzyme activity. Belongs to the adenosine and AMP deaminases family. ADGF subfamily. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes

The CECR1 cecr1 (Catalog #AAA644713) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CECR1 (Adenosine Deaminase CECR1, Cat Eye Syndrome Critical Region Protein 1, ADA2, ADGF, IDGFL) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CECR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Suitable for use in Western Blot. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CECR1 cecr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MDSLEWNWAL VYELSGEHHD EEWSVKTYQE VAQKFVETHP EFIGIKIIYS DHRSKDVAVI AESIRMAMGL RIKFPTVVAG FDLVGHEDTG HSLHDYKEAL MIPAKDGVKL PYFFHAGETD WQGTSIDRNI LDALMLNTTR IGHGFALSKH PAVRTYSWKK DIPIEVCPIS NQVLKLVSDL RNHPVATLMA TGHPMVISSD DPAMFGAKGL SYDFYEVFMG IGGMKADLRT LKQLAMNSIK YSTLLESEKN TFMEIWKKRW DKFIADVATK. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CECR1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
