• Applicable Applications for anti-Itgb5 antibody: Western Blot (WB)
• Application Notes: Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Integrin 5. The detection limit for rhIntegrin 5 is approximately 2 ng/lane and 10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. In this format, this antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with Integrin 1, - 2, - 3, rmIntegrin 4, - 6, and - 7., Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
