Suitable for use in Western Blot. Not recommended for Immunoprecipitation.
Dilution: Western Blot: 1-4ug/ml detects gp91-phox in a HL60 membrane, RIPA cell lysate and human neutrophil membranes. HL60 membrane lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with G8570. Proteins were visualized using a secondary antibody IgG (HRP) Pab Gt x Rb* and a chemiluminescence detection system. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
