Flow Cytometry Protocol: 1. HEK 293T Cells (5x10e5) were incubated on ice for 30 min in 50ul FACS buffer (PBS, 5% FCS, 0.02% azide) containing 1ug/ml of D9300-62C.
2. After washing in FACS buffer, PE-conjugated antibody to rat IgG was added. Cells were incubated on ice for 30 min, washed and analyzed by Flow Cytometry

Recombinant human DR6:Fc. The cysteine-rich region of human DR6 (aa42-335) is fused to the Fc portion of human IgG1.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
