Mouse anti-Human DCIR Monoclonal Antibody | anti-DCIR antibody
Anti-DCIR [9E8], Rabbit IgG, Kappa
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence staining of human peripheral blood monocytes using anti-DCIR antibody at 10ug/ml followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2ug/ml), showing membrane staining in a subset of cells. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow-cytometry using the anti-DCIR antibody 9E8 or the rabbit IgG1 version of 9E8 at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-mouse IgG AlexaFluor 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.)
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to DCIR. Manufactured using our Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma 9E8.

Product Notes
The DCIR (Catalog #AAA488507) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-DCIR [9E8], Rabbit IgG, Kappa reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DCIR can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). This antibody has been used in flow cytometric analysis of DCIR expression by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (Klechevsky et al, 2010). A recombinant humanised form of this antibody fused to protein antigens is under investigation as an antigen-targeting vaccine (Flamar et al, 2012), and has been shown to trigger antigen-specific CD8+ T cell immunity. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DCIR for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DCIR, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
