Rabbit INHAT-1/TAF-1a/TAF-1b Polyclonal Antibody | anti-INHAT-1/TAF-1a/TAF-1b antibody
INHAT-1/TAF-1a/TAF-1b antibody (pAb)
WB: 1-2ug/ml dilution
For optimal results, primary antibody incubations should be performed at room temperature. The addition of 0.1% Tween 20 to all blocking solutions may also reduce background.
Background: INHAT (also designated TAF-1a, TAF-1b and Inhibitor of Histone Acetyltransferases complex) binds to histones and masks them from being substrates for histone acetyltransferases (HATs). Endogenous INHAT subunits, which include the Set/TAF-Ibeta oncoprotein, and pp32 associate with chromatin in vivo and can block coactivator-mediated transcription when transfected in cells. Single phosphorylations within the Histone H3 tail blocks binding of INHAT, as well as simultaneous acetylation of multiple lysine residues.

The INHAT-1/TAF-1a/TAF-1b taf1a (Catalog #AAA388402) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The INHAT-1/TAF-1a/TAF-1b antibody (pAb) reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's INHAT-1/TAF-1a/TAF-1b can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Western Blot (WB). Applications Validated: WB: 1-2ug/ml dilution For optimal results, primary antibody incubations should be performed at room temperature. The addition of 0.1% Tween 20 to all blocking solutions may also reduce background. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the INHAT-1/TAF-1a/TAF-1b taf1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "INHAT-1/TAF-1a/TAF-1b, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
