Related Product Information for anti-MTERFD1 antibody
MTERFD1 belongs to the MTERF family which consists of four members including MTERF1, MTERF2, MTERF3 and MTERF4. Previous research showed that MTERFD1 is a mitochondrial protein that interacts with the mitochondrial DNA promoter region and decreases transcription initiation in mammalian mitochondria. This negative regulation is likely important for fine-tuning mitochondria transcription in response to physiological demands. Human mitochondrial transcription termination factor domain 1 (MTERFD1) was mutated in many types of cancer. In vivo and in vitro data indicated that MTERFD1 gene possesses oncogenic properties.

Product Notes

The MTERFD1 mterf3 (Catalog #AAA3014500) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MTERFD1 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MTERFD1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC). WB: 1:1,000-1:2,000 IHC: 1:50-1:200 ICC: 1:50. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MTERFD1 mterf3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MTERFD1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
