Related Product Information for anti-RPAP3 antibody
Rabbit anti RPAP3 antibody recognizes RNA polymerase II-associated protein 3 (RPAP3), also known as HSpagh and Tah1.
It is a component of the R2TP/PFDL complex (Cloutier et al. 2009) and provides a flexible scaffold for allowing the abundant molecular chaperone HSP90 to interact with other proteins including RNA Pol II, TOR and SMG1, allowing the assembly of important cellular complexes (Martino et al. 2018). It has been suggested that RPAP3 can modulate UV-induced DNA damage (Ni et al. 2009). RPAP3 appears to bind to NEMO, inhibiting the NF-kappaB signaling pathway and enhancing cytotoxicity of the chemotherapeutic agent doxorubicin (Shimada et al. 2011).

Product Notes

The RPAP3 (Catalog #AAA225928) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RABBIT ANTI RPAP3 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RPAP3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1/500-1/2000 Flow Cytometry: Where this product has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RPAP3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RPAP3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
