Directions for Use
Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 mug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized protein should be stored at -20 degree C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8 degree C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at -20 degree C for 3 months.

Product Notes

The ZNHIT1 znhit1 (Catalog #AAA8250050) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Recombinant Human ZNHIT1 Protein reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ZNHIT1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA),Western Blot (WB), SDS-PAGE, Mass Spectrometry (MS). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ZNHIT1 znhit1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MVEKKTSVRS QDPGQRRVLD RAARQRRINR QLEALENDNF QDDPHAGLPQ LGKRLPQFDD DADTGKKKKK TRGDHFKLRF RKNFQALLEE QNLSVAEGPN YLTACAGPPS RPQRPFCAVC GFPSPYTCVS CGARYCTVRC LGTHQETRCL KWTV. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ZNHIT1, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
