Related Product Information for ZNHIT1 recombinant protein
ZNHIT1 belongs to the ZNHIT1 family and contains 1 HIT-type zinc finger. The protein is induced by DNA damage and seems to play role in p53-mediated apoptosis induction. ZNHIT1 interacts with MAPK11 and MAPK14 and is component of the chromatin-remodeling SRCAP complex composed of at least SRCAP, DMAP1, RuVBL1, RuVBL2, ACTL6A, YEATS4, ACTR6 and ZNHIT1. Recombinant human ZNHIT1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli.

Product Notes

The ZNHIT1 znhit1 (Catalog #AAA205523) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The tag for this protein is His-tag. AAA Biotech's ZNHIT1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ZNHIT1 znhit1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MGSMVEKKTS VRSQDPGQRR VLDRAARQRR INRQLEALEN DNFQDDPHAG LPQLGKRLPQ FDDDADTGKK KKKTRGDHFK LRFRKNFQAL LEEQNLSVAE GPNYLTACAG PPSRPQRPFC AVCGFPSPYT CVSCGARYCT VRCLGTHQET RCLKWTV. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ZNHIT1, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
