Related Product Information for CD137L recombinant protein
The CD137 ligand (CD137L, 4-1BBL) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family. CD137L is a type II, transmembrane protein found on activated macrophages, dendritic cells and mature B cells. The interaction with its receptor 4-1BB induces recruitment of TNF receptor-associated factor 1 (TRAF1) and TRAF2 and interaction with the kinase p56lck. CD137 and CD137L have been reported to be involved in tumor rejection, apoptosis, anti-viral immunity, diabetes, in T and B cell co-stimulation and modulation of the immune response.

Product Notes

The CD137L tnfsf9 (Catalog #AAA566248) is a Recombinant Protein produced from HEK293 cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD137L, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
