It has also been shown to inhibit CaM kinase II, casein kinase I and MYLK, as well as, Rsk-2, MSK1, Akt1, PKC u, Rock-2, p70 S6 kinase alpha. H89 Dihydrochloride can induce apoptosis. It is cell permeable.
