Phosphoglycerate Mutase 1, Brain (PGAM1) ELISA Kit | PGAM1 elisa kit
Rat Phosphoglycerate Mutase 1, Brain (PGAM1) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Phosphoglycerate Mutase 1, Brain (PGAM1) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
catalyzes the interconversion of 3-phosphoglycerate and 2-phosphoglycerate [RGD, Feb 2006]
Uniprot Description
PGAM1: Interconversion of 3- and 2-phosphoglycerate with 2,3- bisphosphoglycerate as the primer of the reaction. Can also catalyze the reaction of EC 5.4.2.4 (synthase) and EC 3.1.3.13 (phosphatase), but with a reduced activity. Homodimer. In mammalian tissues there are two types of phosphoglycerate mutase isozymes: type-M in muscles and type-B in other tissues. Belongs to the phosphoglycerate mutase family. BPG- dependent PGAM subfamily.
Protein type: Carbohydrate Metabolism - glycolysis and gluconeogenesis; EC 3.1.3.13; EC 5.4.2.11; EC 5.4.2.4; Isomerase; Phosphatase (non-protein)

Product Notes
The Rat PGAM1 pgam1 (Catalog #AAA2705514) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2705514 ELISA Kit recognizes Rat PGAM1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Phosphoglycerate Mutase 1, Brain (PGAM1), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
