IgG Fc fragment Secondary Antibody | IgG secondary antibody
Rabbit anti-Mouse IgG Fc fragment polyclonal Antibody, FITC conjugated
Constituents: 50% Glycerol, 0.01M PBS, PH 7.4
NCBI Description
This gene encodes one member of a family of immunoglobulin Fc receptor genes found on the surface of many immune response cells. The protein encoded by this gene is a cell surface receptor found on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, and is involved in the process of phagocytosis and clearing of immune complexes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2008]
Uniprot Description
FCGR2A: low affinity receptor for the Fc region of IgGs. Binding to IgG initiates cellular responses against pathogens and soluble antigens. A type I membrane protein found on monocytes, neutrophils and platelets. SHP-1 associates with this protein to modulate signaling events in myeloid cells.

Product Notes
The IgG (Catalog #AAA715630) is a Secondary Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti-Mouse IgG Fc fragment polyclonal Antibody, FITC conjugated reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IgG Fc fragment can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IgG Fc fragment, Secondary Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
