Related Product Information for anti-USP10 antibody
Ubiquitin-specific protease 10 (USP10) is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases with enzymatic activity to cleave ubiquitin from ubiquitin-conjugated protein substrates and is involved in environmental stress responses, tumor growth, inflammation, and cellular metabolism. USP10 is known to deubiquitylate its target proteins, mainly to enhance their stabilities. USP10 maintains p53 protein levels and controls epigenetic changes induced by the androgen receptor (AR). GTPase-activating protein-binding protein 2 (G3BP2), an androgen-responsive gene, is known as the main component of stress granules (SG) that interacts with USP10 in SGs. USP10 is involved in some biological processes by stabilizing several proteins, which have been implicated in multiple stages of tumorigenesis and progression. USP10 plays a vital role in oncogene-induced senescence via the deubiquitination-dependent stabilization of p14ARF.

Product Notes

The USP10 (Catalog #AAA8108150) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-USP10 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's USP10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC-P: 1:50-1:200 ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500 IP: 1-5uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the USP10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "USP10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
