Preparation and Storage
This antibody can be stored at 2-8 degree C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20 degree C to -80 degree C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus and Cytoplasm.)

MRI1 (Methylthioribose-1-Phosphate Isomerase 1) is a Protein Coding gene. The MRI1 gene, located on 19p13.13, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, etc. MRI1 belongs to the eIF-2B alpha/beta/delta subunits family, MtnA subfamily. This enzyme functions in the methionine salvage pathway by catalyzing the interconversion of methylthioribose-1-phosphate (MTR-1-P) and methythioribulose-1-phosphate (MTRu-1-P).
