Related Product Information for anti-TTC33 antibody
TTC33 (Tetratricopeptide Repeat Domain 33, also known as OSRF) is a Protein Coding gene. The TTC33 gene, located on 5p13.1, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog. Tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) domains and TPR-like domains are widespread across nature. They are involved in varied cellular processes and have been traditionally associated with binding to short linear peptide motifs. The TPR of proteins consists of a 34-amino acid, alpha-helical motif that comprises a pattern of small and large hydrophobic residues, leading to a recognizable signature sequence. TTC33 is widely expressed in the brain, thyroid, and other tissues. Diseases associated with TTC33 include Mixed Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma.

Product Notes

The TTC33 ttc33 (Catalog #AAA8104161) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-TTC33 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TTC33 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:100-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TTC33 ttc33 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TTC33, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
