Related Product Information for anti-TTC14 antibody
TTC14 (Tetratricopeptide Repeat Domain 14, also known as DRDL5813 and PRO19630) is a Protein Coding gene. The TTC14 gene, located on 3q26.33, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog. TTC14 belongs to the TTC14 family. 3 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. Tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) domains and TPR-like domains are widespread across nature. They are involved in varied cellular processes and have been traditionally associated with binding to short linear peptide motifs. TTC14 is widely expressed in the lymph node, thyroid, and other tissues. Diseases associated with the TTC14 include Ciliary Dyskinesia, Primary, 14, and Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia. The related pathway of TTC14 is Ectoderm Differentiation.

Product Notes

The TTC14 (Catalog #AAA8108851) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-TTC14 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TTC14 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TTC14 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TTC14, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
