ELISA (Direct): 0.1ug/ml. (100ul/well) will direct at least 2000-4000pg/well of recombinant human TECK
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detection limit is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Reconstitution
The biotinylated antibody should be reconstituted to a concentration of 50ug/ml with sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA. This solution can be stored at 4 degree C for at least one month without detectable loss of activity. Frozen aliquots of this solution are stable for at least 6 months when kept at- 20 degree C. Avoid more than one freeze-thaw cycle.
Preparation and Storage
Lypholized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
