Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 1:10: Tested using definitive endoderm differentiated BG01V cells. Cells were fixed in PBS containing 4% paraformaldehyde, and blocked with PBS containing 10% normal donkey serum,0.1% Triton® X-100, and 1% BSA. After blocking, cells were incubated with S5364-45A (1:10) in blocking buffer for 3 hours in the dark. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing BSA. If a staining volume of 20 tests can be done in a staining volume of 250ul; 100 tests can be done in a staining volume of 50ul.

VUR3 is a disease belonging to the group of congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract. It is characterized by the reflux of urine from the bladder into the ureters and sometimes into the kidneys, and is a risk factor for urinary tract infections. Primary disease results from a developmental defect of the ureterovesical junction. In combination with intrarenal reflux, the resulting inflammatory reaction may result in renal injury or scarring, also called reflux nephropathy. Extensive renal scarring impairs renal function and may predispose patients to hypertension, proteinuria, renal insufficiency and end-stage renal disease.
