Related Product Information for anti-SCYL1 antibody
This gene encodes a transcriptional regulator belonging to the SCY1-like family of kinase-like proteins. The protein has a divergent N-terminal kinase domain that is thought to be catalytically inactive, and can bind specific DNA sequences through its C-terminal domain. It activates transcription of the telomerase reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase beta genes. The protein has been localized to the nucleus, and also to the cytoplasm and centrosomes during mitosis. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Product Notes

The SCYL1 scyl1 (Catalog #AAA9414440) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SCYL1 antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SCYL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF). Western blotting: 1:500 - 1:2000 Immunofluorescence: 1:50 - 1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SCYL1 scyl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SCYL1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
