Rabbit anti-Human RSPO2 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-RSPO2 antibody
RSPO2, CT (RSPO2, R-spondin-2, Roof plate-specific spondin-2) (MaxLight 490)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot analysis of lysate from 293 cell line (35ug) using MBS643902 (1:1000). A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lung carcinoma using MBS643902 followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of MBS643902 for immunohistochemistry.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow Cytometric analysis with 293 cells using MBS643902 (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
R-spondins (RSPOs), such as RSPO2, are secreted proteins that regulate beta-catenin (CTNNB1; MIM 116806) signaling (Kim et al., 2006 [PubMed 16357527]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]
Uniprot Description
R-spondin-2: Activator of the beta-catenin signaling cascade, leading to TCF-dependent gene activation. Acts both in the canonical Wnt/beta-catenin-dependent pathway and in non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway, probably by acting as an inhibitor of ZNRF3, an important regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway. Probably also acts as a ligand for frizzled and LRP receptors. Belongs to the R-spondin family. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
Protein type: Secreted, signal peptide; Cell development/differentiation; Secreted
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 8q23.1
Cellular Component: extracellular space; cell surface; extracellular region
Molecular Function: heparin binding; G-protein-coupled receptor binding; receptor binding
Biological Process: embryonic forelimb morphogenesis; osteoblast differentiation; Wnt receptor signaling pathway; embryonic hindlimb morphogenesis; bone mineralization

Product Notes
The RSPO2 rspo2 (Catalog #AAA6344222) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RSPO2, CT (RSPO2, R-spondin-2, Roof plate-specific spondin-2) (MaxLight 490) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RSPO2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), FLISA. Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RSPO2 rspo2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RSPO2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
