Related Product Information for anti-RPA3 antibody
Required for DNA recombination, repair and replication. The activity of RP-A is mediated by single-stranded DNA binding and protein interactions. Ref.7 Ref.9Functions as component of the alternative replication protein A complex (aRPA). aRPA binds single-stranded DNA and probably plays a role in DNA repair; it does not support chromosomal DNA replication and cell cycle progression through S-phase. In vitro, aRPA cannot promote efficient priming by DNA polymerase alpha but supports DNA polymerase delta synthesis in the presence of PCNA and replication factor C (RFC), the dual incision/excision reaction of nucleotide excision repair and RAD51-dependent strand exchange.

Product Notes

The RPA3 rpa3 (Catalog #AAA9416053) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Replication protein A 14 kDa subunit Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Replication protein A 14 kDa subunit can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Immunohistochemistry: 1:20 - 1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RPA3 rpa3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Replication protein A 14 kDa subunit, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
