Preparation
Antibodies were purified by affinity chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to human immunoglobulins. The resulting antibody was conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase.
Buffers and Preservatives
This reagent is provided in 10 mM Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 1% (w/v) BSA as a stabilizing protein and 0.1% Kathon CG as a preservative.
Preparation and Storage
Stable at 4 degree C. For long term storage, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20 degree C as a liquid. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted.
