Related Product Information for anti-RAB39B antibody
RAB39B is a member of the Rab family of small GTPases that controls intracellular vesicular trafficking in a compartment-specific manner. RAB39B was expressed in a variety of human tissues and located in human chromosome Xq28. It consisted of two exons spanning 3764 bp of human genomic DNA. Mutations in the RAB39B gene cause intellectual disability comorbid with autism spectrum disorder and epilepsy. The resulting alteration in synaptic function underlies cognitive dysfunction in RAB39B-related disorders. RAB39B pathogenic variants cause X-linked Parkinsonism associated with Intellectual Disability, known as Waisman syndrome that has been mainly identified through exome sequencing in large Parkinson's disease cohorts. RAB39B mutation is very rare in familial PD and may not be a major cause of familial PD in the Chinese Han Population.

Product Notes

The RAB39B (Catalog #AAA8107936) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-RAB39B Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RAB39B can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF). IHC-P: 1:50-1:200 ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RAB39B for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RAB39B, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
