Related Product Information for anti-RRAGB antibody
RRAGB (Ras Related GTP Binding B) is a Protein Coding gene. The RRAGB gene, located on Xp11.21, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, fruit fly, mosquito, and C.elegans. All GTPases of the Ras superfamily have in common the presence of six conserved motifs involved in GTP/GDP binding, three of which are phosphate-/magnesium-binding sites (PM1-PM3) and three of which are guanine nucleotide-binding sites (G1-G3). Transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified. RRAGB is widely expressed in the brain, thyroid, and other tissues. Diseases associated with RRAGB include Polycystic Echinococcosis and Cystic Echinococcosis. Among its related pathways are Signaling by GPCR and RET signaling.

Product Notes

The RRAGB (Catalog #AAA8109419) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-RRAGB Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RRAGB can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF). IHC-P: 1:200-1:1000 ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RRAGB for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RRAGB, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
