Related Product Information for anti-PDCD10 antibody
PDCD10 (programmed cell death 10, TFAR15), a novel protein associated with cell apoptosis has been recently implicated in mutations associated with Cerebral Cavernous Malformations (CCM). PDCD10 modulation of ERK signaling was mediated by MST4, and PDCD10 could be a regulatory adaptor necessary for MST4 function, suggesting a link between cerebral cavernous malformation pathogenesis and the ERK-MAPK cascade via PDCD10/MST4. Mutations in the programmed cell death 10 gene, PDCD10, cause the autosomal-dominant familial cerebral cavernous malformation 3 (CCM3). PDCD10 is a ubiquitous protein expressed in nearly all tissues and various types of cells. It is essential for vascular development and post-natal vessel maturation, and, has shown a dual function in different types of cancers and chemo-resistance.

Product Notes

The PDCD10 (Catalog #AAA8108895) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-PDCD10 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PDCD10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IP: 5-10uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PDCD10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PDCD10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
