Related Product Information for anti-PDCD10 antibody
Programmed cell death protein 10 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PDCD10 gene. This gene encodes an evolutionarily conserved protein associated with cell apoptosis. The protein interacts with the serine/threonine protein kinase MST4 to modulate the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) pathway. It also interacts with and is phosphoryated by serine/threonine kinase 25, and is thought to function in a signaling pathway essential for vascular developent. Mutations in this gene are one cause of cerebral cavernous malformations, which are vascular malformations that cause seizures and cerebral hemorrhages. Multiple alternatively spliced variants, encoding the same protein, have been identified.

Uniprot Description

Promotes cell proliferation. Modulates apoptotic pathways. Increases mitogen-activated protein kinase activity and STK26 activity (PubMed:27807006). Important for cell migration, and for normal structure and assembly of the Golgi complex (PubMed:27807006). Important for KDR/VEGFR2 signaling. Increases the stability of KDR/VEGFR2 and prevents its breakdown. Required for normal cardiovascular development. Required for normal angiogenesis, vasculogenesis and hematopoiesis during embryonic development ().

Product Notes

The PDCD10 pdcd10 (Catalog #AAA1751391) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Human PDCD10 DyLight 488 conjugated Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PDCD10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). FC/FACS: 1-3ug/1x106 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PDCD10 pdcd10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PDCD10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
