Produced in rabbits immunized with E Coli-derived Human NSFL1C fragment, and purified by antigen affinity chromatography.
Preparation and Storage
This antibody can be stored at 2-8 degree C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20 degree C to -80 degree C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Immunofluorescence (IF)

(Immunofluorescence staining of NSFL1C in A431 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human NSFL1C polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Nucleus / Cytoplasm and Cell membrane.)

Primary antibody: Anti-NSFL1C rabbit polyclonal antibody,at 1:100 dilution Secondary antibody: Clean-Blot IP Detection Reagent (HRP) at 1:1000dilution Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 41 kDa Observed band size :46 kDa)

NSFL1C (NSFL1 Cofactor) is a Protein Coding gene. The NSFL1C gene, located on 20p13, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, S.cerevisiae, K.lactis, E.gossypii, S.pombe, M.oryzae, N.crassa, A.thaliana, and rice. N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor (NSF) and valosin-containing protein (p97) are two ATPases known to be involved in transport vesicle/target membrane fusion and fusions between membrane compartments. A trimer of the protein encoded by this gene binds a hexamer of cytosolic p97 and is required for p97-mediated regrowth of Golgi cisternae from mitotic Golgi fragments. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A related pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 8. The related pathways of NSFL1C are Protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum.
