Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence staining of DDX19A in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human DDX19A polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:1000) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.)

The DDX19A (Also known as DDX19L; DDX19-DDX19L) gene is conserved in chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, rat, zebrafish, C.elegans, S.cerevisiae, K.lactis, E.gossypii, S.pombe, M.oryzae, N.crassa, and A.thaliana. 44 organisms have orthologs with human gene DDX19A.
