Immunofluorescence (IF)

(Immunofluorescence staining of DDX19A in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human DDX19A polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:1000) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.)

Related Product Information for anti-DDX19A antibody
DDX19A (DEAD-Box Helicase 19A), located on human chromosome 16q22.1, is an ATP-dependent RNA helicase involved in mRNA export from the nucleus. The DDX19A (Also known as DDX19L; DDX19-DDX19L) gene is conserved in chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, rat, zebrafish, C.elegans, S.cerevisiae, K.lactis, E.gossypii, S.pombe, M.oryzae, N.crassa, and A.thaliana. 44 organisms have orthologs with human gene DDX19A. Rather than unwinding RNA duplexes, DDX19 functions as a remodeler of ribonucleoprotein particles, whereby proteins bound to nuclear mRNA are dissociated and replaced by cytoplasmic mRNA binding proteins. DDX19A is associated with some diseases, such as Heavy Chain Disease. An important paralog of this gene is ENSG00000260537.

Product Notes

The DDX19A (Catalog #AAA8108703) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-DDX19A Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DDX19A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 ICC/IF: 1:300-1:10,000 IP: 5-10uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DDX19A for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DDX19A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
