Related Product Information for anti-NDRG1 antibody
NDRG1 gene is a member of the N-Myc downregulated gene family which belongs to the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily. NDRG1 is a cytoplasmic protein involved in stress responses, hormone responses, cell growth, and differentiation. NDRG1 is necessary for p53-mediated caspase activation and apoptosis. Mutations in the NDRG1 gene are a cause of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 4D, and expression of this gene may be a prognostic indicator for several types of cancer. NDRG1 is a stress-responsive protein involved in hormone responses, cell growth, and differentiation. It acts as a tumor suppressor in many cell types.

Product Notes

The NDRG1 ndrg1 (Catalog #AAA8107233) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-NDRG1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NDRG1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 ELISA: 1:5000-1:10,000 IHC-P: 1:2000-1:10,000 ICC/IF: 1:300-1:10,000 IP: 0.5-2uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NDRG1 ndrg1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NDRG1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
