Rabbit anti-Human NARS2 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-NARS2 antibody
NARS2 Antibody (C-term)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of anti-NARS2 Antibody (C-term) in Hela cell line lysates (35ug/lane).NARS2(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostata carcinoma tissue reacted with NARS2 antibody (C-term) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
ATP + L-asparagine + tRNAAsn
<---> AMP + diphosphate + L-asparaginyl-tRNAAsn.
This enzyme participates in alanine and aspartate metabolism and aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a putative member of the class II family of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases. These enzymes play a critical role in protein biosynthesis by charging tRNAs with their cognate amino acids. This protein is encoded by the nuclear genome but is likely to be imported to the mitochondrion where it is thought to catalyze the ligation of asparagine to tRNA molecules. Mutations in this gene have been associated with combined oxidative phosphorylation deficiency 24 (COXPD24). [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2015]

Product Notes
The NARS2 nars2 (Catalog #AAA9204633) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 445-474. The NARS2 Antibody (C-term) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NARS2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NARS2 nars2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NARS2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
