NCBI Description

This gene encodes a member of the nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) family. This protein participates in DNA replication and may play a role in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to the regulation of cell proliferation. Alternative splicing of this gene results in several transcript variants; however, not all have been fully described. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Product Notes

The NAP1L1 nap1l1 (Catalog #AAA6323757) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The NAP1L1, CT (NAP1L1, NRP, Nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 1, NAP-1-related protein) (MaxLight 750) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NAP1L1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), FLISA, Western Blot (WB). FC/FACS: 1:10-50 FLISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:50-100 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NAP1L1 nap1l1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NAP1L1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
