Immunolabeling in Western blots of C-6 glioma cells prepared with anisomycin treatment is blocked by the phosphopeptide but not by the dephosphopeptide. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
