Preparation and Storage
Storage:
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 4 degree C for frequent use.
Aliquot and store at -20 degree C for 24 months.

Stability Test:
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Uniprot Description

IL12RB2: Receptor for interleukin-12. This subunit is the signaling component coupling to the JAK2/STAT4 pathway. Promotes the proliferation of T-cells as well as NK cells. Induces the promotion of T-cells towards the Th1 phenotype by strongly enhancing IFN-gamma production. Belongs to the type I cytokine receptor family. Type 2 subfamily. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Protein type: Cell cycle regulation; Membrane protein, integral; Receptor, cytokine

Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 6 C1|6 30.81 cM

Cellular Component: external side of plasma membrane; integral component of membrane; membrane

Molecular Function: hematopoietin/interferon-class (D200-domain) cytokine receptor activity; protein binding; protein kinase binding

Biological Process: interferon-gamma production; peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation; positive regulation of interferon-gamma production; response to cytokine; response to lipopolysaccharide

Product Notes

The IL12Rb2 il12rb2 (Catalog #AAA2002249) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Polyclonal Antibody to Interleukin 12 Receptor Beta 2 (IL12Rb2) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Interleukin 12 Receptor Beta 2 (IL12Rb2) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) - Formalin/Paraffin, Immunoprecipitation (IP). . Western blotting: 0.5-2ug/mL Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL12Rb2 il12rb2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Interleukin 12 Receptor Beta 2 (IL12Rb2), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
