Rabbit anti-Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 21 (TNFRSF21) Polyclonal Antibody | anti-TNFRSF21 antibody
Polyclonal Antibody to Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 21 (TNFRSF21)
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/mL
Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/mL
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 4 degree C for frequent use.
Aliquot and store at -20 degree C for 24 months.
Stability Test:
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
DR6: May activate NF-kappa-B and promote apoptosis. May activate JNK and be involved in T-cell differentiation. Required for both normal cell body death and axonal pruning. Trophic-factor deprivation triggers the cleavage of surface APP by beta-secretase to release sAPP-beta which is further cleaved to release an N- terminal fragment of APP (N-APP). N-APP binds TNFRSF21 triggering caspase activation and degeneration of both neuronal cell bodies (via caspase-3) and axons (via caspase-6). Associates with TRADD. Interacts with N-APP. Highly expressed in heart, brain, placenta, pancreas, lymph node, thymus and prostate. Detected at lower levels in lung, skeletal muscle, kidney, testis, uterus, small intestine, colon, spleen, bone marrow and fetal liver. Very low levels were found in adult liver and peripheral blood leukocytes.

The Polyclonal Antibody to Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 21 (TNFRSF21) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 21 (TNFRSF21) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) - Formalin/Paraffin, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB). Western blotting: 0.5-2ug/mL Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNFRSF21 tnfrsf21 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 21 (TNFRSF21), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
