Preparation and Storage
This antibody can be stored at 2-8 degree C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20 degree C to -80 degree C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human ETV3 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.)

The ETV3 gene, a transcriptional repressor, encodes an ETS translocation variant 3 protein, that in isoform 1 is 512 amino acids long at 57 kDA and in isoform 2 is 143 amino acids long at nearly 17 kDa. This protein functions in terminal macrophage differentiation as a transcriptional repressor that contributes to growth arrest. ETV3 contributes to growth arrest during terminal macrophage differentiation by repressing target genes involved in Ras-dependent proliferation. ETV3 has several biochemical functions, for example, DEAD/H-box RNA helicase binding, RNA polymerase II regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding, RNA polymerase II transcription factor activity, sequence-specific DNA binding. Some of the functions are cooperated with other proteins, some of the functions could acted by ETV3 itself.
