Related Product Information for anti-CCL11 antibody
Eotaxinor C-C motif chemokine 11(CCL11) is a small chemotactic cytokine known as a chemokinethat belongs to the CC chemokine family. In response to the presence of allergens, CCL11selectively recruits eosinophilsthrough binding to thechemokine receptor CCR3.CCL11 upregulation is seen in response to several proinflammatory cytokines produced by mast cells and Th2 lymphocytes, including IL-4, IL-13, TNF-alpha, and IFN-alpha.

Product Notes

The CCL11 (Catalog #AAA524571) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Human Eotaxin/CCL11, Purified, (Polyclonal), (Goat IgG) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Eotaxin/CCL11 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). ELISA: 1:128K-1:256K. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCL11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Eotaxin/CCL11, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
