Related Product Information for anti-DUSP13 antibody
Dual-specificity phosphatases, a subfamily of protein-tyrosine phosphatases, play important roles in signal transduction, cell cycle progression, and tumor suppression. The cDNA encoding a novel phosphatase, PIR1, phosphatase that interacts with RNA/RNP complex 1. Sequence analysis revealed that the predicted 329aa protein has homology to several dual-specificity phosphatases and contains 2 stretches of arginine-rich sequence similar to those found in some RNA-binding proteins. In vitro, recombinant protein displays protein-tyrosine phosphatase activity and binds directly to RNA.

Product Notes

The DUSP13 dusp13 (Catalog #AAA627164) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DUSP13, NT (M1) (Dual Specificity Protein Phosphatase 13, Testis-and Skeletal-muscle-specific DSP, Dual Specificity Phosphatase SKRP4, TMDP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DUSP13 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DUSP13 dusp13 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DUSP13, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
