Related Product Information for anti-DUS3L antibody
DUS3L (Dihydrouridine Synthase 3 Like) is located on human chromosome 19p13.3. This target gene encodes the protein 'dihydrouridine synthase 3 like' in humans and may also be known as DUS3 and tRNA-dihydrouridine(47) synthase [NAD(P) (+)]-like. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 72.6 kilodaltons in mass. The DUS3L (also known as DUS3) gene is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, C.elegans, frog, etc. 240 organisms have orthologs with human gene DUS3L. DUS3L catalyzes the synthesis of dihydrouridine, a modified base found in the D-loop of most tRNAs. An important paralog of this gene is DUS1L. DUS3L is associated with some diseases, including Myopathy, Congenital, Compton-North and Cholestasis-Lymphedema Syndrome. DUS3L is related to dihydrouridine synthase activity.

Product Notes

The DUS3L (Catalog #AAA8109524) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-DUS3L Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DUS3L can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC-P: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DUS3L for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DUS3L, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
