Related Product Information for anti-CCNB1 antibody
Cyclin B1 is a member of the cyclin family of proteins whose levels vary during the cell cycle in order to activate specific cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) required for the proper progression through the cell cycle. Cyclin B1 protein begins to increase during G2, peaks in mitosis, and is rapidly degraded before the cell cycle is completed.

NCBI Description

The protein encoded by this gene is a regulatory protein involved in mitosis. The gene product complexes with p34(cdc2) to form the maturation-promoting factor (MPF). The encoded protein is necessary for proper control of the G2/M transition phase of the cell cycle. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2017]

Product Notes

The CCNB1 (Catalog #AAA5313746) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's Cyclin B1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF). IHC: 1:50-100 IF: 1:100-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCNB1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Cyclin B1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
