Rabbit anti-Human, Mouse CREB1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CREB1 antibody
CREB1, ID (CREB1, Cyclic AMP-responsive element-binding protein 1) (AP)
ELISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:100-500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Fluorescent image of A549 cell stained with CREB1 Antibody (Center).A549 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with CREB1 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37 degree C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37 degree C).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37 degree C).CREB1 immunoreactivity is localized to Nucleus significantly. )
Western Blot (WB)
(CREB1 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in HT29 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the CREB1 antibody detected the CREB1 protein (arrow).)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(CREB1 Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of A549 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a transcription factor that is a member of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins. This protein binds as a homodimer to the cAMP-responsive element, an octameric palindrome. The protein is phosphorylated by several protein kinases, and induces transcription of genes in response to hormonal stimulation of the cAMP pathway. Alternate splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
CREB: a transcription factor of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins. Binds as a homodimer to the cAMP-responsive element (CRE). Phosphorylated by several protein kinases, and induces transcription of genes in response to hormonal stimulation of the cAMP pathway. Two splice-variant isoforms have been described.

Product Notes
The CREB1 creb1 (Catalog #AAA6288615) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CREB1, ID (CREB1, Cyclic AMP-responsive element-binding protein 1) (AP) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CREB1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunofluorescence (IF), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). IF: 1:10-50 ELISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CREB1 creb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CREB1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
