Product Notes

The LYPD3 lypd3 (Catalog #AAA619030) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The C4.4A (LYPD3, Y6/PLAUR domain containing 3 GPI-anchored metastasis-associated protein C4.4A homolog, Ly6/PLAUR domain-containing protein 3 precursor, Matrigel-induced gene C4 protein, MIG-C4, UNQ491/PRO1007) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's C4.4A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suitable for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applicatons not tested. Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml. Tissue lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted. Immunohistochemistry: 2-15ug/ml will detect C4.4A in cells and tissues. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml. The detection limit is ~0.3ng/well. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LYPD3 lypd3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "C4.4A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
