Related Product Information for anti-ARHGEF6 antibody
Rho GTPases play a fundamental role in numerous cellular processes that are initiated by extracellular stimuli that work through G protein coupled receptors. The encoded protein belongs to a family of cytoplasmic proteins that activate the Ras-like family of Rho proteins by exchanging bound GDP for GTP. It may form a complex with G proteins and stimulate Rho-dependent signals. This protein is activated by PI3-kinase. Mutations in this gene can cause X-chromosomal non-specific mental retardation. Product Notes

The ARHGEF6 arhgef6 (Catalog #AAA6370309) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ARHGEF6 (COOL2, KIAA0006, PIXA, Rho Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 6, Alpha-Pix, COOL-2, PAK-interacting Exchange Factor alpha, Rac/Cdc42 Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 6) (AP) reacts with Human, Rabbit and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ARHGEF6 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ARHGEF6 arhgef6 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ARHGEF6, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
