Related Product Information for anti-ANXA10 antibody
Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Annexin A10(ANXA10) detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P in Human, Rat.
Background: ANXA10(Annexin A10) is a member of the annexin family of calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins. By FISH, Morgan et al.(1999) mapped the ANXA10 gene to chromosome 4q33. Morgan et al.(1999) suggested that the ablation or depletion of principal calcium-binding sites in annexins A9 and A10, respectively, may dispose them to function in distinct tissue environments where calcium sensitivity is not a major functional determinant.

Product Notes

The ANXA10 anxa10 (Catalog #AAA176294) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Annexin A10 antibody reacts with Human, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Annexin A10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ANXA10 anxa10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Annexin A10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
