Uniprot Description

LXR-beta: Orphan receptor. Binds preferentially to double-stranded oligonucleotide direct repeats having the consensus half-site sequence 5'-AGGTCA-3' and 4-nt spacing (DR-4). Regulates cholesterol uptake through MYLIP-dependent ubiquitination of LDLR, VLDLR and LRP8. Forms a heterodimer with RXR. Ubiquitous. Belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family. NR1 subfamily.

Protein type: Nuclear receptor

Product Notes

The Mouse NR1H2 nr1h2 (Catalog #AAA9319346) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9319346 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse NR1H2. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "nuclear receptor subfamily 1, group H, member 2, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
